HYDRAULIC CLAMP FOR GLUING ARCHED ELEMENTS HSKG-Ł

The HSKG-Ł hydraulic clamp is designed for gluing wooden arches according to thickness, used mainly in the production of elements of the so-called “gardening variety." Gluing is done under high pressure from the hydraulic actuators. The pile of glued elements is formed by the hydraulic pressing between the vertical actuator beams and the hooves. The most frequently applied make is a version with hooves heated by means of hot water. Gluing by thickness allows the shaping of any profile, lowers the cost of working, and decreases the amount of scrap material.
